By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Rexcode provides Shopify-related digital services, including but not limited to:

• Shopify store development

• Shopify bug fixes

• Shopify optimization

• Shopify migration

• Landing page development

• Store audits

All services are delivered digitally.

2. Payments and Agreement

All services require 100% upfront payment.

By making payment, the client confirms:

• Acceptance of the agreed scope, pricing, and timeline

• Acceptance of these Terms and all related policies

• Authorization for Rexcode to begin work immediately

3. Project Scope and Changes

Each project is delivered according to the agreed scope of work.

Any requests outside the original scope may:

• Require additional fees

• Extend the project timeline

Rexcode is not obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope without additional agreement.

4. Revisions

Each service includes one revision within the original scope.

• Additional revisions may incur additional fees

• Excessive or repeated revision requests may be refused

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and necessary materials (e.g., logos, content, images)

• Provide access to required platforms (e.g., Shopify admin access)

• Respond to communication in a timely manner

Delays caused by the client may result in project delays and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Shopify Accounts and Store Transfer

Rexcode may assist in setting up Shopify stores.

• If the client does not have an existing Shopify store, Rexcode may create a development store and transfer ownership to the client

• Once transferred, the client assumes full responsibility for the store, including billing, settings, and compliance with Shopify policies

Rexcode may participate in Shopify’s partner or referral programs where applicable.

7. Domain and Hosting

Shopify provides hosting infrastructure for stores.

Rexcode may assist with domain setup; however:

• The client is responsible for domain purchase, renewal, and ownership

• Rexcode is not liable for domain-related issues or third-party registrar services

8. Support and Maintenance

Rexcode may provide limited support after project completion at its discretion.

• Basic support may be provided for minor adjustments

• Ongoing support, maintenance, or additional work may require additional fees

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery:

• The client receives the right to use the delivered work

• Rexcode retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio

Any third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses.

10. No Guaranteed Results

Rexcode does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Revenue increase

• Conversion rate improvements

• Search rankings

• Business performance

Results depend on external factors beyond Rexcode’s control.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Rexcode services may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify.

Rexcode is not responsible for:

• Platform outages or downtime

• Changes in third-party policies

• Errors caused by third-party services

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexcode shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, data, or business

Use of services is at the client’s own risk.

13. Termination

Rexcode reserves the right to:

• Refuse or terminate services

• Cancel projects in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms

14. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

In summary:

• Full refunds are available only if work has not started

• Partial refunds may apply after work begins

• No refunds are issued after project completion

15. Website Use

All content on this website is owned or licensed by Rexcode.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

17. Changes to These Terms

Rexcode may update these Terms at any time.
