All services are delivered digitally and based on agreed project scope.

2. Payments and Agreement

All services require 100% upfront payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By making payment, the client confirms:

• Acceptance of the agreed scope, pricing, and timeline
• Acceptance of these Terms and all related policies
• Authorization for Rexcode to begin work immediately

Late or missing payments may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.

3. Project Scope and Changes

Each project is delivered according to the agreed scope of work.

• Any work outside the original scope may require additional fees
• Additional requests may extend the project timeline
• Rexcode is not obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope

4. Revisions

Each service includes one revision within the original scope.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Excessive, repeated, or unreasonable revision requests may be refused

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Provide all required materials such as logos, content, and images
• Provide access to necessary platforms, including Shopify admin access
• Respond to communication in a timely manner

Delays caused by the client:

• May result in extended timelines
• Do not qualify for refunds

6. Shopify Accounts and Store Transfer

Rexcode may assist in setting up Shopify stores.

• Rexcode may create development stores where applicable
• Ownership will be transferred to the client upon completion
• The client assumes full responsibility after transfer

This includes:

• Billing and subscription management
• Compliance with Shopify policies
• Store content and operations

Rexcode may participate in partner or referral programs where applicable.

7. Domain and Hosting

Rexcode may assist with domain and setup; however:

• The client is responsible for purchasing and renewing domains
• The client retains full ownership of domains
• Rexcode is not responsible for third-party registrar issues

Hosting is provided by third-party platforms.

8. Support and Maintenance

Rexcode may provide limited post-delivery support.

• Minor fixes may be provided at Rexcode’s discretion
• Ongoing support or maintenance may require additional fees

No long-term support is guaranteed unless agreed separately.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• The client receives the right to use the final deliverables
• Rexcode retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio

Third-party assets:

• Remain subject to their original licenses
• Are the responsibility of the client

10. No Guaranteed Results

Rexcode does not guarantee any specific results, including:

• Revenue increase
• Conversion improvements
• SEO rankings
• Business performance

Results depend on external factors beyond Rexcode’s control.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Rexcode services may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify.

Rexcode is not responsible for:

• Platform downtime or outages
• Policy changes
• Account suspensions or restrictions
• Errors caused by third-party systems

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Rexcode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Rexcode shall not be liable for loss of revenue, data, or business

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

13. Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

Rexcode makes no warranties regarding:

• Performance or reliability
• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

14. Termination

Rexcode reserves the right to:

• Refuse or terminate services at any time
• Cancel projects in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation

Work completed up to termination remains payable.

15. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

• Full refunds only apply if work has not started
• Partial refunds may be issued at Rexcode’s discretion
• No refunds after project completion

16. Website Use
