Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Rexcode Digital LTD provides refunds for services purchased through https://www.rexcode.co.uk. By purchasing services from Rexcode, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Payment and Agreement

All services require 100% upfront payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By making a payment, the client confirms:

  • Acceptance of the agreed scope, pricing, and timeline
  • Acceptance of all policies on this website
  • Authorization for Rexcode to begin work immediately

2. Commencement of Work and Cooling-Off Waiver

Work may begin immediately after payment is received.

By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree that:

  • The service will begin immediately
  • You waive any statutory right to a cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law

3. Project Phases and Milestones

Projects may be delivered in stages, including but not limited to:

  • Setup
  • Design
  • Development
  • Final delivery

Once a phase or milestone has been completed:

  • That portion of the work is non-refundable

4. Refunds Before Work Begins

Clients may request a full refund only if:

  • No work has started
  • No resources have been allocated

5. Partial Refunds After Work Begins

If a project has started and the client chooses to cancel:

  • Partial refunds may be issued at Rexcode’s sole discretion
  • The refundable amount will be calculated based on completed work, time invested, and resources used
  • Planning, research, and preparation are considered billable and non-refundable

6. No Refunds After Completion

Once the service has been completed and delivered:

  • No refunds will be issued

Rexcode may provide one revision within the agreed scope to address reasonable adjustments.

7. Revisions and Scope Control

Each service includes one revision unless otherwise agreed.

  • Revisions must remain within the original scope
  • Additional requests outside the scope may incur additional fees
  • Excessive or repeated revision requests may be refused

8. Client Responsibilities and Delays

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all required materials, such as content, images, and logos
  • Providing access to required platforms, such as Shopify
  • Responding to communication in a timely manner

Delays caused by the client:

  • May extend timelines
  • Do not qualify for refunds

9. Project Abandonment

If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 consecutive days or fails to provide required materials:

  • The project may be considered abandoned
  • No refunds will be issued
  • Additional fees may apply to resume the project

10. Service-Based Business

Rexcode provides digital services, not physical goods.

  • Completed services cannot be returned
  • All completed work is non-refundable

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Rexcode is considered a violation of this Policy.

Rexcode reserves the right to:

  • Dispute the claim with supporting evidence
  • Suspend or terminate services
  • Refuse future services

12. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable:

  • Will be issued via the original payment method
  • May exclude transaction or processing fees, including fees from Stripe
  • Will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

13. Services Covered

This Policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify bug fixes
  • Shopify store development
  • Shopify optimization
  • Shopify migration
  • Landing page development
  • Store audits

14. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Changes to This Policy

Rexcode reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.
