5. Restricted or Refused Projects

RexCode may refuse, suspend, or terminate work on projects that involve unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unethical, high-risk, or restricted products, services, industries, or activities.

We may refuse projects involving, promoting, or supporting:

• Scams, phishing, fraud, impersonation, deceptive offers, or misleading business models
• Malware, spyware, hacking tools, credential theft, account abuse, or cybercrime
• Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, fake documents, or intellectual property infringement
• Illegal drugs, illegal substances, or products prohibited by applicable law
