Project Overview
Phiaderm needed a Shopify storefront that could present its beauty and personal care products with greater clarity, credibility and confidence. The build focused on stronger product education, a more premium visual system, intuitive mobile browsing and a smoother journey from product discovery to purchase.
The store structure was organised to help customers explore products, understand their purpose and find the right option more easily.
Product imagery, typography, spacing and content hierarchy were refined to create a cleaner and more trustworthy beauty experience.
Flexible Shopify sections were developed to communicate benefits, ingredients, usage guidance and key product details clearly.
Navigation, product pages and calls to action were shaped to reduce friction and create a smoother path from interest to checkout.
Founder-Led Project
Phiaderm started as a side project that gave me room to work without the usual client constraints. I could shape the brand, the storefront and the customer journey as one complete experience, then keep refining the details after launch instead of treating the project as finished.
I handled the Shopify build, page structure and day-to-day design decisions in-house. That made the project especially useful for testing ideas around product education, mobile usability and the small trust signals that matter in a real store.
